This Crowd Release (“Release”) applies to any person who enters or remains in an area where production, recording, or capture of images, sound, data, or other content is occurring.

1. Parties

This Release is made in favor of RKDA MEDIA LLC, and its clients, commissioning parties, affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, distributors, and exhibition platforms (collectively, the “Released Parties”).

2. Consent & Grant of Rights

By entering or remaining in a recording area, you consent to being recorded and grant the Released Parties the perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable right to record, capture, reproduce, edit, adapt, synchronize, publish, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, advertise, promote, and otherwise exploit your name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance, by any means or technologies now known or later developed, whether visual, audio, digital, or otherwise, in any media whatsoever, including derivative works.

3. Scope of Areas

Recording or capture may occur in non-private or shared-use areas. Excluded areas include restrooms, locker rooms, medical or treatment areas, and other clearly private areas.

4. No Expectation of Privacy

You acknowledge that there is no expectation of privacy in areas where recording or capture may occur.

5. No Compensation; No Obligation to Use

No compensation is owed. The Released Parties have no obligation to use any recorded material.

6. Editorial Discretion; No Approval

You waive any right to inspect or approve finished materials, advertising copy, or any use of the recordings or captured content. Editorial discretion rests solely with the Released Parties.

7. Moral Rights Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights or similar rights in the recordings or captured content.

8. Release of Claims

You release and discharge the Released Parties from any claims arising from the recording or use of the materials, including claims of right of publicity, invasion of privacy, defamation, false light, or emotional distress.

9. Assumption of Risk

You assume all risks associated with being present in areas where production activities are occuring (non-stunt, general premises only).

10. Minors

A parent or legal guardian who permits a minor to enter or remain in a recording area represents and warrants that they consent on the minor’s behalf to this Release for themselves and the minor.

11. Incidental Capture of Property & Trademarks

You acknowledge that personal property, artwork, trademarks, logos, or other materials may be incidentally captured, and you waive any claim related thereto. There is no obligation to blur or remove such content.

12. No Endorsement

Your presence does not constitute an endorsement of any product, service, or brand, nor does it create any partnership, agency, or employment relationship.

13. Privacy & Data

Recordings or captured content may be stored, edited, archived, and distributed as described above. No facial recognition or biometric analysis is used unless expressly disclosed. For privacy concerns or takedown requests, contact hello@rkdamedia.com

14. Accessibility

Reasonable communication-access accommodations related to understanding this notice are available upon request.

15. Governing Law

This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. This Release constitutes the entire agreement regarding the subject matter.
