All Studio Member levels require a one-year commitment. We want to play long-term games with long-term people. An on-going partnership together enables us to deliver our best work with a team who truly understands your vision.
You’ll be introduced to your dedicated Producer, who will guide you through a streamlined onboarding process. We’ll align on goals, priorities, platforms, and creative direction. You’ll be up and running in just a few days!
Our membership levels have been carefully designed to accommodate a wide range of needs. If you have a larger or complex project in need of more credits, we can help customize your plan and number of credits on a case-by-case basis. All membership levels enjoy full access to all our creative services, regardless of the number of credits for each level.
You’ll be billed monthly via ACH transfer. Each month, you’ll receive your allotted new credits, and any unused credits that are within the rollover period will be added to your balance.
Unused credits automatically roll over and remain active for two additional billing cycles. That gives you up to 90 days to use them—perfect for quarterly shoots, seasonal campaigns, or larger creative pushes.
Project costs vary depending on scope. A half-day photo or video shoot may cost around 20 credits, while a social media management package might be around 15 credits. The credit system enables you to have the flexibility to prioritize and adapt to your needs.
A fixed service fee of just $1000/mo helps support your dedicated team, creative operations, client success, and platform support.
Expansion packs are ideal for major initiatives that exceed your monthly credit allotment—like full brand campaigns, multi-day productions, website overhauls, or seasonal sprints. They’re perfect when you know a big moment is coming, and want to gear up accordingly.
The minimum purchase for an Expansion is $10,000.
Expansion packs are a one-time credit surge package which you can layer on top of your membership. They are designed to give you substantial firepower for projects without having to change your monthly plan. Expansions always begin on the 1st of the month and remain valid for 3 consecutive months.
To give your projects adequate planning and staffing, Expansions must be purchased at least two full calendar months in advance. For example, if you purchase an Expansion in June, your credits will activate in September. In exceptional cases, if you need your Expansion to start sooner, your Producer will work with you for approval and implementation.
Yes—you can upgrade your membership at anytime as your needs grow. Downgrades are only available at the end of your 12-month term to ensure consistency and resource planning. If you have a unique situation, reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
We understand things come up. If you miss a payment, your membership will be temporarily paused and access to new projects will be placed on hold. Credits will remain in your account, but they can’t be used until your membership is reinstated. We don’t offer pauses mid-contract, but if you are facing unique circumstances, reach out—we’re here to work with you.
Yes! For every new project request, you’ll receive a credit estimate before we begin. You’ll have full visibility and final say before any credits are deducted. No surprises.
We love creative challenges! Just submit a request to your Producer and we’ll evaluate it. If it’s within our scope, we’ll provide a custom credit quote. If it’s not something we can help implement, we’ll point you in the right direction.
You’ll have two options: (1) Use rollover credits from prior months, or (2) Purchase an optional Expansion, which gives you additional credits for bigger campaigns and out-of-scope work. Your Producer is here to help you plan and manage projects so you get the most out of your membership.
Turnaround times depend on the type of project, its complexity and other logistics that may impact its implementation. If you have a tight timeline, you can use the included Flash Credits to unlock 24-48hr turnaround on eligible deliverables. We’ll always confirm timelines before we begin each project.
