How do credits work?

Credits are the studio's currency. Every service has a transparent credit cost, and every project gets a credit estimate you approve before work begins — no surprise line items, ever. Your live credit balance and full ledger are always visible in your member portal.

What does a typical project cost in credits?

A half-day content shoot runs about 20 credits, a monthly social package 8, a landing page 10, and a strategy session 2. The full catalog above lists every service and its cost.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes. Unused credits roll over for two additional billing cycles, so a quiet month is never wasted budget.

What are Flash credits?

Every tier designates part of your credits as Flash-eligible. Spend them on a project and it jumps to the front of the line with delivery starting at 24–48 hours. Unused Flash roll over as standard credits at the end of the cycle.

Is there a contract?

Memberships are annual, billed monthly. You can upgrade tiers anytime; downgrades take effect at renewal. The price on the tier is the price you pay — there are no set-up costs or separate service fees.

What if I need more than my monthly credits?

Two options: upgrade your tier (effective at the 1st of the following month), or add an expansion pack for a big push — expansion packs start at $10,000, are purchased in advance, and stay valid for three months.

Who actually works on my brand?
