Information you give us
When you book a call through this site, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects the details you enter — typically your name, email address, and anything you write in the booking notes. That information is used to hold the meeting and follow up on it.
When you email us at hello@rkdamedia.com, we receive whatever you send. We use it to respond.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and reliability.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages visited, referring sites, country, and device type. It is cookieless and anonymized — visitors are not individually identified or tracked across other websites. This site does not run advertising trackers and does not use cookies to profile you.
Third-party services
The site relies on a small number of service providers to operate: Vercel (hosting), Cal.com (scheduling), and Vimeo (video playback on portfolio pages). Each receives only the data required to do its job and handles it under its own privacy policy. Links to external sites — Instagram, LinkedIn, our photography archive — take you to services we don't control.
How we use and share information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, hold scheduled meetings, and run the business relationship you start with us. We do not sell personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers named above or where the law requires it.
