All the magic happens in pre-production.

The key to a seamless shoot day is preparation. Here is everything you need to know ahead of our shoot day, and how to adequately prepare.

Preparing for your shoot day

What should I wear?

For this shoot, please arrive in professional attire. This can include a sharp dress shirt and slacks, full business suit and tie, or work-place appropriate dress or skirts. Consider shoes and other accessories that may be captured in wider shots such as group portraits or lifestyle photography. Bonus points for sporting your company’s brand colors or logo!

Anything I should avoid wearing?

Avoid wearing any clothing with closely-knit patterns or stripes, or items with prominently displayed brand logos other than your company logo. Avoid clothing with super bright or neon colors, or colors that conflict with your company’s brand colors. Stick to clothing that help you feel comfortable and confident, and are appropriate for the workplace.

What should I do with hair and makeup?

This production does not include a hair and makeup artist, and you will be individually responsible for styling. Similar to your wardrobe, stick with work-appropriate styles that help you feel comfortable and confident. There are plenty of opportunities for you to check-up on your styling before our shoot, and you are encouraged to bring any personal products you may need for touchups.

Where can I see a schedule of our shoot day?

You will have received a copy of the official Call Sheet for this production from your Producer. This document includes all relevant details including location address(es), parking instructions, and itinerary for shoot day.

Will I be required to sign a model release?

Yes. All participating individuals appearing on camera are required to sign a standard Model Release, which gives your company the right to use your image and likeness in all marketing materials. Please reach out to your company representative or assigned Producer if you are not comfortable with giving the company permission to use your image, or if you prefer to not participate in this production.
